Theres a pretty decent kiwi fight out off OZ; Junior Talipeau a middleweight with a 11-0(4) record. Was scheduled for 10 rounds in only his 5th fight. From what I've seen of him he's one of our best prospects in awhile!

You speak the truth....
Check this post out, I put it up after the Vera loss....

Argenis Mendez is one I forgot. He's one to watch for without a doubt, trained by Floyd Sr. with power in both hands and good boxing ability.
Lot's of fighters lose early in their careers and some in devistating fashion and they pick themselves up they get back to work and they achieve more than anyone thought possible.
When Wlad was beaten by Sanders and Brewster I was still in his corner and now he's THE champion once again which no one thought was possible.
I'm sticking with Lee because he's a southpaw, he's got quick hands, he's young, and he can obviously take a decent punch...he's got heart and he has a great trainer. It's obvious he's going to be back....just my opinion though.
Manny Steward fighters in general usually lose at least once before making it big...look at Lennox Lewis and Gerald McClellan and Wladimir Klitschko....they all came back to do extremely well

Diego Magdeleno
Keith Thurman
Danny Garcia
Hylon Williams
Edwin Rodriguez
Danny Jacobs
Karl Dargan
Those are some that I missed that have just turned pro recently. All very good with styles built for the pros especially Dargan and Garcia. Hylon I haven't seen as a pro yet, was hoping I could catch it somewhere it was on the Calzaghe-Hopkins undercard. He upset a lot of people turning pro, they had high hopes for him did USA boxing. As bad of a wrap as USA boxing gets, it is turning out some fine prospects.
Adrian Hernandez I think is an excellent prospect. He's 13-0. And already holds a win over Rodel Mayol
Who is the best up and coming fighter in boxing at the moment with under 10 fights, my vote would be
Yuriorkis Gamboa
