I heard summat interesting from Nazim at the final press con for thsi fight. He was saying how people try to figure out Floyd but he should figure out Shane. He said have you ever seen Ali try to cut the ring off? No?! So why should Shane. I see what he means after watching the Judah fight again. I always thought to beat Floyd youve gotta take it to him and not give him the room to work. However against Zab, he made Floyd do teh chasing and Floyd is pretty poor on the front foot. For the first 4 rounds he was missing, Zab had a higher % connection rate and he was catching Floyd time and time again. He even dropped and had him hurt a couple times. Its no wonder Floyd fights off the backfoot so often its because when he has to press the action he is no good. Wonder If Shane tries this approach later cuz he has the handspeed and power but he also has more grit than Zab so he wont give up as easily.
