Yes lets use Peter fury as an unbiased view on rival pro fighters lol .
It has to be true because Peter Fury said it , did Peter say Johnson had more desire when he took the lumbering oaf the distance ? well who would have thought that!

Neither has Lee Selby, but you're prepared to write him off as a paper champ who'll be exposed as soon as he fights a live body? Despite his shitness Selby is British, Commonwealth, Euro and now World champion.

You cant have it both ways mate.

I think Joshua so far looks the real deal , however the light punching Welsh limbo dancer I don't rate. That isn't having it both ways, they are my opinions on two different fighters. In case you didn't know by the way Selby put a foot wrong in his 5th fight and lost and has also shown a lack of power with only 8 ko wins , now he is at top level his power will be less affective, and his Hamed style of defence wont help at top level without Hameds power .

did he have any desire against tyson or chisora tho? he hardly threw a punch in those fights

this isnt conclusive evidence that A Josh's KO of Johnson was anything but a fantastic performance against the same very durable fighter who had been the distance with Fury
I think there was amarked difference between this Johnson and the one who fought Chisora over a year ago now, he fancied that fight. He was lacklustre against Char after Chisora also.

Joshua is big and very strong and if someone doesnt fancy the fight and has little ambition it wont take him long to overwhelm them, however, put someone with out a handful of losses to see what hes made of.

Even ahughie Furys last opponent Andrei Rudenko. Hes tough.

Jishua might be the goods but I want to see someone with ambition take him the distance.
    yep i would as well

if we are comparing him to fury and chisora though, which one of any of either of their wins would have posed any sort of threat to Josh?

i dont think any of the fighters they have beaten would have lasted more than a couple to 3 rounds (excluding Chisora)

and i also agree that you dont know how josh is gonna fair in a fight that lasts 6 or more rounds

id like to see him fight Chisora next, a chisora at his best could probably take him 6 rounds
Chisora I doubt has any real ambition left in a hard fight. Leading up to the Fury fight there were times where he did very little and skipped around after taking a shot. His back in training now but only for another payday against Price.

I seen someone mention he has a good boxing brain, again, based on what?

The hype surrounding this man is ridiculous, it was the same with Price remember. He was proper starching people
I thought chisora looked good for a few fights, I liked his style, I liked his fights with helenius and kilt

He just didn't hit hard enough

But yeah I doubt he will ever put a performance like that in again

Im not trying to downplay Chisora either in some kind of way to pre empt Joshua beating him saying hes shot. I said the same things leading up to the afury rematch that it was a waste of time and Tyson would beat him easy.

People raved about Price being a monster as well. http://www.saddoboxing.com/boxingfor...at-thread.html

David Price isn't Joshua and visa versa . What has that got to do with anything ?
Wilder hasn't exactly has a tough resume but he holds a world belt , judge Joshua on his development fight per fight, not on David Prices failings.

Neither has Lee Selby, but you're prepared to write him off as a paper champ who'll be exposed as soon as he fights a live body? Despite his shitness Selby is British, Commonwealth, Euro and now World champion.

You cant have it both ways mate.
    Selby has lost a fight
