Default Lee Selby vs. Fernando Montiel - 14th Oct/WED/SKY/ESPN

Lee Selby-Fernando Montiel in Play For October in U.S. - Boxing News

Montiel was a great Bantamweight fighter, but I can't see him having anything that will trouble Selby at Featherweight. I'm sure the money has brought Selby to PBC, but I thought he wanted his homecoming fight in Wales and wanted to shut up Warrington in Leeds? I can see him leaving Eddie permanently soon and relocating. I hope he doesn't abandon the team that got him where he is.

Depends whether he carries his power up and what he has left in the tank. I think this is a good fight and one never knows how these guys travel. There is always a chance for that deer in the headlights effect.

Montiel has a ton of experience. I hear ya on the changing teams sentiment. In my opinion its what ruined Hattons run.

For all the talk from Selby about Loma and unifying titles etc., and then this? Utter crap. Let's be honest.

Probably be a bad result for Selby if he doesn't win by stoppage. Not only is he much younger/fresher, he has a big height, reach and natural size advantage. However, the veteran has only been chinned once in 60 fights - by Donaire's lethal left hook.

Selby punches harder than his record suggests but is certainly not Naz. If the old boy has any ambition left he might make a fight of it. Doubt it.

We have ESPN on BT sports? Or is it really on sky?
