Bill does not like Ali very much because Ali was led around like a donkey and spouted bullcrap that NOI fed him/ was cruel to fellow blacks at a time when blacks were having a difficult enough time as it was. They sure didn't need him to run them down even further with racial slurs and insulting language
A mistake is something we make once or twice like an error. But Muhammad Ali continue to run down fellow black fighters for a great number of years. If he was supposed to champion black rights how could he in the same breath be calling fellow blacks monkeys and gorillas and ugly bears??. Do you not see a conflict of principle there?
I have watched the film Happy and people were discriminated against.

Not really. It's more like both all three of you , have some kind of fixation. So the guy is/was a hypocrite. You think he was the first and last ? He had a big mouth. You think that is something rare in boxing ? He treated Joe Frazier abysmally. I and countless others love Joe precisely because he showed what kind of man he was by rising above such bullshit. It just gold plates his bravery and fortitude inside and outside the ring refusing to bite back when Ali dangled such a clumsy twisted hook in front of him.
This is not just your local boozer, it's a boxing forum. How many interviews, fights, reports, interviews and biographies do you think we have all seen? You are preaching to the choir. Even those who (IMHO) wrongly rate him too highly inside the ring are all quick to acknowledge his shortcomings outside of it. We get it, you don't like the guy, but nobody deserves to struggle physically like he does for every minute of every day. Yes the general public and the media get sentimental and mawkish but how pointless and irrelevant is it when he is suffering like he is to get hung up about him changing his name 51 friggin years ago. Thread after thread after thread. Nobody speaks more about Ali than those who apparently have no time for him.
Bloody hell it gets boring.
