Looks like the government goon squads have finally arrived at the front door. Just another day in the neighborhood, 4 blocks from the house today at Home Depot. They are targeting the construction stores because that is where contractors/workers pick up work material. The brown people. What struck me right away is the open contradiction between the 1 local uniformed (actual) cop and the other 8,9 cosplaying middle aged portly ICE "agents". Cop says 10 feet. Bearded boy says 25 feet. There is no such thing as a 25 foot no recording zone. It's been put on hold and ruled unconstitutional by the state supreme court. Something that is happening a lot over the last 9 months. People have no idea the majority of these are not targeted warrants. Simply put its racial profiling on full display. A lot of Americans need to be honest about that. And many know it's profiling, scooping up citizens in the process and yet fully root it on. It's mind blowing the freedoms willingly being thrown right out the door. Given our local population is a literal melting pot of cultures and different dialects and languages...this is going to get messy. People are different down here. They don't do the whole show me your papers and take kindly to US citizens detained and zip tied for mere words or because they look like "one of them". https://youtu.be/Ho6Fk8646Zc?list=RDNSmsiqOoUbcsc

Not wanting to say Trump does everything wrong, it's HOW he goes about things.

He wants to control the borders and illegal immigration? Fine.
That doesn't justify ICE and their uncontrolled racial profiling and the carte blanche they've been given to wreck lives and families without due process.

He wants to control government overspending and waste? Fine.
That didn't justify DOGE, which turned out to be a major disaster, with critical federal employees being let go and endangering critical services (ie: air traffic control). Many of whom, dare say... he ended up taking back.

He wants to stem drug trafficking from South and Central America? Fine.
That doesn't justify arbitrarily blowing speedboats from Venezuela out of the water like so many German U-boats during WWII.

The guy is a serial liar, egomaniac, dictator wannabe, and a host of other despicable things.
But MAGA minions have given him free reign to do whatever the hell he wants. Now not even disguising when he breaks the law or violates the Constitution.

When Hillary Clinton used the word "deplorables" to describe some of Trump's supporters, it pretty much nailed the coffin shut on her election chances back in 2016.
While Hillary wasn't a very likeable (or trustworthy) candidate herself at the time.... the word has prophetically come true, at least with the brain-washed MAGA minions, who continue to guzzle the Kool-aid.

the cops don't care, people freak out about being filmed in public & the instead of the pigs educating them that nothing wrong is happening they threat the person doing nothing wrong as the problem. you only have to look at any first amendment audit channel to see how clueless or intentionally ignorant these tyrants are. take away qualified immunity & internal investigations. we'll investigate ourselves & get back to you. there is no justice system, it's the injustice system, pigs aren't treated the same as you & i when they break the law. people are getting fed up with their bullshit, cops are starting to get ambushed, the number of cops getting killed on duty i think is increasing. if there ain't a victim there ain't a crime you tyrant fucks

A US appeals court has ruled that President Donald Trump's former personal lawyer, Alina Habba, has been unlawfully serving as top federal prosecutor for New Jersey - a ruling likely to affect scores of criminal cases in the state.

The president handpicked Habba for the role of US attorney this year, but a district court rejected her nomination, so the Trump administration installed her in a role that allowed her to fill in on an acting basis.

The appellate judges found on Monday that this tactic, which bypassed confirmation by the US Senate, violated the Federal Vacancies Reform Act.

Habba is the second Trump-appointed prosecutor to be disqualified in recent weeks.

"It is apparent that the current administration has been frustrated by some of the legal and political barriers to getting its appointees in place," one of the appellate judges, Judge Michael Fisher, wrote in Monday's ruling disqualifying Habba.

The BBC has contacted Habba's office, the White House, and the Department of Justice for comment.

In a joint statement, three lawyers who had challenged Habba's authority - Abbe David Lowell, Gerry Krovatin, and Norm Eisen - wrote that this marks "the first time an appeals court has ruled that President Trump cannot usurp longstanding statutory and constitutional processes to insert whomever he wants in these positions".

The statement continued: "We will continue to challenge President Trump's unlawful appointments of purported US Attorneys wherever appropriate."

Habba, 41, first joined Trump's personal legal team in 2021 after reportedly meeting him at his golf club in Bedminster, New Jersey.

She went on to represent Trump in his hush-money trial in New York last year, when he was convicted on 34 counts of falsifying business records. Trump has filed an appeal against that conviction.

Before Habba took on the role of US Attorney for New Jersey, Trump had announced he was appointing her as his presidential counsellor during his second administration, describing Habba as "unwavering in her loyalty" and a "tireless advocate for justice".

Monday's ruling may force the justice department to find a new prosecutor to supervise federal criminal cases in New Jersey.

The appellate court's decision came after three men facing criminal charges in New Jersey argued that the prosecutor's appointment was unlawful, the BBC's US partner CBS News, external reported, external.

A federal judge ruled in their favour in August. That order had been on hold while the appeals court heard the case.

Habba is not the first Trump-appointed US prosecutor to face a legal challenge.

A federal judge last week dismissed criminal cases against former FBI Director James Comey and New York Attorney General Letitia James on the grounds that the US attorney in the case, Lindsey Halligan, was not lawfully appointed as interim US attorney in Virginia.

In October, a US district judge disqualified Bill Essayli from his role as acting US attorney for the Southern District of California, finding that he had stayed in the temporary post longer than the law allowed.

But the judge allowed Essayli to continue overseeing the office - the most populous US federal judicial district, serving around 19 million people - in his role as first assistant US attorney.

Defence attorneys have filed a motion to get that part of the judge's ruling reversed in an attempt to fully oust Essayli.

In September, another US district judge disqualified Nevada's lead federal prosecutor Sigal Chattah, finding that she, too, was not lawfully serving as acting US attorney.

Can’t keep up with Trump corruption, incompetence and greed. Epstein files, Venezuela war crimes, Ukraine coercion, bankrupting his economy and attempted theft of Greenland means another horrible year for all in the world with the deranged President.

I truly think a mutual exhaustion is setting in and legit wonder about to what degree it will be irreversible. Trump is unraveling with every push back he receives, albeit minimal pushback, and is a boiling caldron inside. Hence the irrational lashing out last number of weeks. To the point of militarily threating a NATO member as recently as today, again. He was pushed back by SCOTUS regarding National guard deployment, the Epstein files and republicans in congress . They also knocked him back this week on further action in Venezuela...which is its own atrocious and illegal shitstorm...and was knocked back on extending health care benefits for 3 years. Probably the most push back I can recall in over 5 years collectively. Because you know, the man "promised" a plan 15 years ago now and over 5 years has come up with literally jack shit. I'm actually surprised the streets have not kicked off but its churning and boiling now that ICE blasted a suburban mom in the face and the administration came out immediately exonerating the officer without so much as an inch of official investigation...and protests and activists are now officially "domestic terrorism". Shit, I can't even think of all that has taken place in the last 6 months and come up with an order and form to speak on it so that it makes sense. Every mother funking day it's something. Every couple of hours there's fuckface in the socials, holding a presser or round table, it's a literal constant on a daily basis. What I'm seeing among friends and family be they dems or repubs is that there is zero middle ground now. It has completely evaporated as far as reactions, opinions etc. You are either all in to the point of obsession and that just means the coverage and posting on politics, or you try to tune it all out and ignore everything for at least a few days. Log off of everything. If you can. I've said for years now that his hope is another George Floyd aftermath with protests turn riots and will not be shocked at all to pull out martial law and rolling additional feds into states or cities. He's doing just that with Minneapolis this week. It is the goal. Every single city/state seeing these actions are "blue". What gets me is that the "team" mentality so many remain cemented in. Your team isn't winning, your team isn't losing. We are so far beyond the convenience of organized 2 party system. The actions being taken and tear downs of institutions and norms being committed by Miller and Trump will negatively impact everyone. But people who just a few years ago talking about "Don't tread on me" have capitulated and defend literally every tyrannical corrupt action by the man. Not all, but far far too many. All in order to 'own the Libs' wtf. You've been conditioned, neutered and owned. The vast majority have. You have Hillbilly Vance literally saying agents "going door to door" possibly soon in order to enforce immigration and zero backlash. Not even a mention. All those cosplaying fukwits who stormed the capital on Jan 6th calling it a new revolution with their copy and paste 1776 flags and chest thumping macho BS about not going to be oppressed. That's ALL it was. You know what an oppressive government fears, a unified collected front among the citizens. When those who actually fell for 1st term finally are able to use some critical thinking and once and for all say...you are just flat wrong. Monstrous national debt, normalized weekly government corruption, repeating oil wars and military backed coups, militarized streets and US citizens being asked for papers. And the people will not stand for it. It really has fook all to do being a democrat or republican right now. Does anyone actually think that the midterms will go off without a hitch. Those were the before times. Who knows, maybe the greasy traitorous cunt will eat his next bucket of KFC too fast and choke on a sharp chicken bone. I'm rambling . Way too much. And for the record I've only had 2 pints. Been known to happen. Hey tomorrows a new day, right?

I give up on Trump, he is defending peaceful protesters in Iran but murdering them in his own country.

His team of sick and twisted politicians that facilitate these crimes need to be arrested for treason.
