This is you Feuer? You sure you don't have a German twin living in Australia? You are a dead ringer for my brother's girlfriend! I'll have to get a photo of your twin sometime and post it so you can see what I mean

In that case stay away from Kostya's gloves - I ruined a pair of his 12 ounce gloves within 2 weeks. They just started to fall apart. If a midget girl like me can wreck em they're not made for the majority of boxers and while they were'nt really expensive they were'nt really cheap either! I've bought gloves from Target that lasted longer!

Well see, there is a bunch of rules to it alrite...But as it is a localised sport with every little village having it's own team at each age level (u-10 u-12 u-16 minor, u-21, intermediate, senior.,) it being a largely amateur sport (although played with the fitness and seriousness of a pro sport.) the rules are often loosely enforced.

To be honest the beauty of hurling is that although it is an amateur sport, it is the most important thing in the world to the people involved. (80% of the popualation) This is because it originated 100's of years ago as a form of rebellion against the British and ever since it's been a hugely patriotic sport, with the highest prize (the liam mccarthy cup) being like the holy grail over here.

But man it can be vicious!!! it's played in two divisions: club and county.
Ur club is the small local team belonging to ur village. County is when they take the best guys from all of the county's clubs to formulate the best most skillful team. But at club level!!!! Its just a bunch of guys straight outta the pub from the night before given sticks and told: NOW WHOEVER WINS GETS TO GO TO THE PUB AGAIN AFTERWARDS. Vicious man.

Would u believe that sport is comin in over here a little bit? Ireland is becoming a little bit Americanised due to it's reliance on the tourism trade....

Anyways i took a break for a week, back training this week. Man i forgot i was sparring the last night...oh well, so much for a break....Any way can't see my six pack so it's back to the Gym tonight.
