I said I was going to miss this one and I stayed true to my word. It was always going to be a mismatch and by all accounts it was. Pointless fight.

I would say the same about the Khan fight too. Just horrible matchmaking and thus no reason to watch either.

Nice going for what it was, just a showcase.
Looked more like a slaughter house, Arce was doomed!
I wonder how many weight classes Nonito will hack his way through?

Have to agree with you, but I was expecting more of the same from the JMM vs PacMan 4, and look what happened.
Man, I do love boxing, you can never be absolutely sure when fists are flying!

Absolutely. But, the fight was still exciting for the 8 minutes it lasted.

If he keeps fighting war torn former lt flyweights, he'll put Jason and Freddy to shame.

His posing still bugs me. Waits for the glory shots too much. Glad he named Mares, when pushed, that needs to happen.

Nah. That knock out is staying with Pacquiao for awhile. They fight
again, I think Marquez stops him
    even sooner
I agree PAC has always been able to maneuver and out power JMM and looked great. Under normal terms
being counted out I could see Pac
coming back and winning the 5th
fight but this was a brutal knockout
that required smelling salts to revive
him. So how can PAC come into a
fifth knowing for the first time he can
be KO'd and has by JMM? His pride
will get him knocked out sooner and
lessen his legacy over JMM. Another
win or KO and he will still be an ATG
just not in Marquez league. Every
fight JMM has upped the ante and
come back stronger why would a 5th
fight be different ? Not with Roach a
limited trainer that PAC has been
good and loyal to. Risks are greater than the rewards. Only reason for a rematch is pride for PAC and money
for JMM. Even with his KO still no
respect for JMM by PAC and his
handlers / fans. I will bet the house
this will only fuel JMM more to do it
again. Scary the guy looked seconds
from death on the canvas and you
would like your icon to jump right
back in because the Saddo forums
are now a PAC ghost town. Guess
you will enjoy seeing him unable to control his motor skills as he gets
beaten savagely . Can I get guarantee from you and all the pac fans here that he is not washed up or focused ? I celebrated 5 seconds and
then fear and concern set in. The
fear of taking it to PAC no longer
exists all foes will now go after that
chin. That new broken chin will not
stand up to punchers JMM , Rios, Money, Mathysse, Maidana. Best safe match a brittle chin match with Khan. I actually think Khan will also take the fight. It was not a normal Ko loss it was the worst kind. Ask Hatton!

I watched the Donaire fight a couple of days ago and he is a quality operator with a brutal left hook. Very under rated by me until now.
Do not let success go to your head and do not let failure get to your heart.
