Peter and Frazier are quite comparable. When Peter fought Wladimir Klitschko the 2nd time he was primarily fighting out of a bob and weave style that reminded a lot of people, Emanuel Steward too I might add, of the late Joe Frazier.

The main difference between Peter and Frazier is that, Peter hads a good chin, Joe doesn't. Peter has a very hard punch, Joe doesn't. Peter weighs 240lbs, Joe weighs 210! Peter was at his prime ripped like a bodybuilder, you will NEVER see an image of Frazier with a 6-pack! Peter has an extensive and good record against REAL HW opponents with good records. Frazier has a smaller record against bums and cruisers MAINLY.

Peter is famed for his punching power and is credited for giving Wlad probably his toughest battle in which he was victorious.

Frazier is famous for only 2 reasons- His trilogy with Ali in which he beat him once and is thus special to fans, revealing Ali was in fact a very limited fighter for not being able to handle such a feeble opponent.

And for getting demolished 2ce by George Foreman KO2 KO5- a limited slugger with little more than a really big punch proving as well Frazier's limitedness.

Peter's impression of Joe Frazier lasted all of about 90 seconds. After which he was so dizzy and unbalanced from actually moving his head he reverted to type - A stationary plodder that throws one or two predictable wild swings per round.

Frazier is an Olympic Gold medalist and lineal world heavyweight champion.

Peter is an alphabet holder that failed in his first defense of the belt. A 5'9, great big fat bloated former middleweight - James Toney - was able to give him kittens. 210lb powderpuff punching Eddie Chambers was able to beat him.

Yet you're claiming Frazier's form doesn't compare? Ali was a poorer heavyweight at 6'3, 220lb than those two? 21 years after Foreman first fought Frazier, he not only was competing against elite 90's heavyweights, he was knocking them out to regain the title. Not bad for a "limited slugger?"
