I deleted my FAcebook/Instagram accounts over a year ago and have not looked back since. I kept my Twitter (I rarely check my Twitter, I mean once every other month and only to read my news feed) and Linkedin (for professional purposes and I don't talk to a soul) along with the Whatsapp (free telephone calls, you can't beat it).
