I like Bad Chad, he's a solid fighter good boxing skills...but like Jermain Taylor at times he seems to fade.

I want Tarver to fight Tavoris Cloud ......and then retire

This was my first time seeing Chad Dawson fight and I wasn't disappointed in what I saw. He has good boxing skills, and has a strong presence that reminds me of Andre Berto at times. He did get gassed at the end of that Tarver fight, but he won without a doubt.

Tarver on the other hand gave a pretty good showing against a younger and physically stronger fighter. Good defense, good punching, I'd like to see Tarver fight Winky Wright if Winky doesn't mind going up in weight.

I have a few problems with Dawson

1) When he gets inside, he goes way too far and smothers himself.

2) When he gets his guy in trouble he doesn't follow up and allows his
opponent to get back into the fight

that being said his handspeed, accuracy and punch selection are phenomenal.
I just think because of the two things I mentioned he's gonna struggle
against elite guys. I think a rematch with Johnson should be a priority
for him right now, he could learn a lot from that.

Hopefully that is the last we see of Tarver, I just cant stand the guy......He can take his hot wife, his deorderant sized chapstick and dissappear.....

Lackluster performance.

Technically I didn't see the fight

But it sounded lackluster.

Hopkins doesn't seem interested in Dawson. As much as I'm a fan he's cherrypicking a bit, going after Froch. I guess if anybody can cherrypick its an old dude.
