Wladimir Klitschko vs. Francesco Pianeta

Wlad's fight is on ESPN which is good news for us that have it as part of our virgin package Saturday night.

Hopefully Wlad makes quick work of Pianeta who is decent albeit untested at the highest levels of boxing. We don't know a lot about Pianeta other than he drew vs Sosnowski (who is a tough s.o.b as he proved vs Vitali), and he's never lost a fight. He's never been down that I know of and he's not been hurt that I know of either, though I admit I haven't really sought out that information. Pianeta is big, he has a decent punch, maybe Dimitrenko kind of power, but he's not a slugger he will look to outbox Wladimir and we'll see how that works for him. I hope Wlad just decides to end it early because Pianeta doesn't belong in the same ring with him.
