This is the fight that will finally make up my mind regarding Williams....I think he can come through to take a decision...

Not really sure if this is the clincher for me.

It's definently a step up...but the real question is: Will tonight say more for Williams?

Or less about Mitchell & his condition/current state?

Good points....which of those variables will be the telling ones? Im hoping Williams puts on a good show, and if he can beat Sharmba convincingly then he is definately headed in the right path....

Let me say this...if Mitchell & Williams tangle & Mitchell get's the better of a view exchanges & then Williams can take over & maybe TKO or just whip his ass down the stretch...I will be thrilled to death.

That may sound a bit backwards...but you have to (for conversation's sake) look at it like this:

Mitchell has the experience to beat Williams. No doubt, but is there enough of Mitchell left to do so?

If there is & Mitchell puts up a fight or starts to take over & then Williams can turn the tide...then he's proven something. He's proven that he can take everything that a veteran has & he can over come it...if not...he's just another prospect that woulda, coulda, & shoulda but didn't.

I think Sharmba is still a very tenacious and difficult opponent. I certainly wouldnt label him, as Ive seen done, as a mere journeyman now. This is a difficult challenge for Williams for sure, but Sharmba is not the same fighter he was a few years back. That much is clear.

Should be an excellent fight, it'll be a tough tough night for Mitchell if he can't get to Paul early, but I still think he can pull this off. I'm routing for sharmba, I like his dedication, a lot of guys in his position would have retired by now, but he's underdog for sure.
