I'm from North Carolina...Red State in national elections but Blue State in local elections as our democrats are well different than the national variety of communist bastards....once again I don't see why that matters


I'm doing well Andre, I'm back in the ring getting in shape and all, I have to drop 20-30 pounds but my stamina is getting better by the day, I should be sparring again this week or next.....don't know who I'll spar though as the main guy I spar against fought tonight and not many heavies and cruisers are in the gym.....although I have seen some new guys in there hahaha they shit their pants just watching me hit the heavybag (I'm a "monstor" hahaha). The thing these guys don't realize is that #1 The bag doesn't hit back and #2 the bag doesn't move much....and when it does you don't have to go far to chase it. I am working more on my punch output and stamina than my power.....I love raring back and blasting the bag but it doesn't help much in sparring.
