What makes it more confusing is that not all Arabs are sunni and within Sunni and Shia,there are some divisions too.

They have already made plans to take over thailand so that they have a better launching pad for their missles which reportedly have range that includes the distance of the east coast on the U.S. and russia isn't exactly against it. I personally believe that we as a country are too heavily armed to be defeated in a conventional war with a clear defined enemy so I'm pretty sure this will be resolved one way or another.

Well considering we played in the games that hitler hosted and we've never boycotted them before to my knowledge yes it is a pretty profound statement. It's a bigger statement when made politically as opposed to saying you don't wanna play with a certain group of kids on the playground. Those kids don't rule over a billion people and have a professional image to maintain.

Overriding an international commity that chooses where the olympics goes (which is a sporting event that has at one time or another interrupted wars so that contries could compete against each other. This was more common of the ancient olympics than the modern day one stemming from 1894ish.) would be a disaster. Any country that actually does respect us would think we we're full of ourselves and above the rest of the world.
