Casamayor is a much better fighter than Julio Diaz. He'll know how to handle Juan
I dont think he can handle Juans high output. I have a feeling Casa got old in his year off but that remains to be seen.

    I was about to post:
"Until I see what Casa can bring to the table in his next fight I'll reframe from commenting on this matter"

But I wanna agree with you here BoomBoom time off as we've seen lately is not good only few fighters can shake that off.
Also judging Casa by his last performance makes me yawn.

I know that everyone wants unification...but the real question is...do you want to see Diaz vs another Diaz?

Or do you want to see Diaz vs Katsidis?

I want him to unify...then fight Katsidis.

I finally got a major pick right . with Juan W.12 Julio but I have to say...
Juan Diaz Has to Diversify That punching.Im sorry but Hes all volume and no Sting.Cant he invest and learn an 2nd gear to punch OFF of fast combo and "physically" stop foes?

The thing about Casamayor is his noggin'!

He's got a hard head & Juan's not that heavy of a hitter. The output is what would befuddle him.

I honestly think he will beat Pac and Katsisis. Pac wont be the force he is now at lightweight and Katsidis is exciting but very flawed and Juan would destroy his face and problaly stop him.

I just feel like Casamayor will be out of the picture very soon. I dont doubt that Santa Cruz will beat him.

I really like Katsidis...but I agree...he'd be able to get to Katsidis...especially fighting the way he did tonight.

Katsidis just concentrates on power waaaaaaaaaaay to much & forgets to close the barn door.

Not sure about Pacquiao though. The move might hurt him...but I think that it'd be one hell of a risk for Diaz...then again...imagine if he beat Pac so soundly...we'd all be seeing one hell of an exclamation point clinging to Diaz's last name as a tag line for the rest of his boxing career.

    I could deal with that.

Think is I cant see Pac stopping Diaz cause he is naturally bigger and has a good chin, and I cant see him outworking him to a decision while taking Diaz's punches for 12 rounds as Pac isnt a great defensive fighter.

Juan Diaz started off as a welterweight, Pac on the otherhand a flyweight. This is a mismatch and Juan Diaz challenging PAC is a desperate move to make a bigger name IMO. Hey Juan Diaz why not fight somebody your size

That was a great fight. Whoever he fights next it's going to be worth watching. I'm not sure Katsidis has enough for the very top level but it'd be a hell of a fight.

I just noticed that Juan failed to mention Casamayor as one of the fighters he wants to fight next. The fucking coward. Casamayor is right. They are running from him.

I'm with the 2 of you.
I love me some Kats but after watching this masacre tonight I think he rips Kats a new one.
Just think on this for a minute, judging by the way Kats comes into a fight already cut from when his corner men put on vaseline on his face I think Juan cut's em up bad and forces a stoppage. Kats has onion skin he cut's fast and swells up really bad.

Just my O'pine But Pacquio Beats Juan Diaz.lets all just settle down and remember what we were saying 24 hours ago!
I picked juan as a predator months ago but he must have an alternate gear as needed to withstand an opponent that will not conceed and will also focus through fast fists.set down and Change up power & volume?
