I think in many cases it's the fans on one side that completely galvanize those fans on the other side. This is one of those cases. Has Margarito suffered enough? Does he deserve a second chance? (Technically, he already got a second chance when he was allowed to fight again). It's all a matter of personal opinion. It's when blind followers defend his cheating with the most irrational statements... that's when the polarization occurs. TBH, I'm satisfied the way he went out. Damaged goods, with one good eye, his reputation in shreds. He wants to come back? He can do whatever he wants. He's risking a lot, but whatever. There was no " plaster of paris residue" on the pad. The official description by the testing lab was. The pad was used & damp . it had a brown stain on it. After microscopic analysis TRACE ELENENTS of sulpher & calcium were discovered which in much larger quantities mixed with other ingredients will make plaster of paris. What the CSAC failed to say was Calcium & sulpher are also ingredients of HUMAN SWEAT!!! not to mention hand crème. The only "CRIME" committed was Capetillo admitted he accidently put a used pad in instead of a new one. A technical offense at worst The pad was deemed HARMLESS!!
