In my opinion, Malik Scott is the best American heavyweight. I know about Joe Hanks, Deontay Wilder, Bryant Jennings, Amir Mansour, but i think once Scott beats Chisora, it will be a no brainer on the top dog heavyweight in the states.

Pulev won the semi final eliminator against Ustinov last September. Under the rules of the IBF he cannot fight before the final eliminator.

So now he has to wait more months after Adamek and Fury refuse to fight him.
