You can keep calling him a bum, but nobody is calling him out. He can only beat what is stuck in front of him. A heavy with a faltering career eg Chris Byrd or Danny Williams should have been at ringside to call out Nicolay as soon as this finished. If he beats Marcianos record he deserves to. He has a belt, it is not his responsibility to give it up, it is all the other boxers responsibilties to take it off him.
To be honest he is going to have to fight contenders at some point anyway cos he will get mandatories
yes. so who is it? (his mandatory?)Originally Posted by chrisbird13
John Ruiz. He came to a deal with the WBA that he could be No1 contender, cos he felt robbed. To be honest i don't think Ruiz has the ability. I think he is a worse champ than Hasim
At least Ruiz fought decent competition!Originally Posted by chrisbird13

welllllllllllll, john didnt really fight these guys. but he sure made them feel at home. (hug,hug......been a long time buddy!)Originally Posted by Lyle

Why is Valuev fighting bums like this when all the belt holders are crying for belts...
It was not exactly the prime Golota,Holyfield and Toney ! ! ! Plus Holyfield beat Ruiz too once and Golota was better then Ruiz too in that fight and Toney beat Ruiz too and then it was off because Toney took drugs . . .Originally Posted by Lyle
And tired Rahman who was not is his day ! ! !
I would love to see today a re-macht fight betwenn Rahman and Ruiz and we would see how it would end by a damn TKO ! ! !
Oh so Rahman was tired and "who was not is his day" (whatever the fuck that means) but Brewster lost to Ettiene and that's that? You're an idiot.
Rahman sucks he's the only title holder I see losing to Valuev!
And it's not whether Ruiz won or lost, he got gift decisions everytime but at least he fought those guys!
"bump" for wacko so he can see what he missed. and nick won so we can all say "he sucks" or "he's to big to lose"...whatever...![]()
for now.......I think Valuev is going to step up the competition....The money will be there for a Valuev/Klitschko unification....Ruiz is a bum...Rahman is a bum....JFAT is a bum...damn the hw division might need the russians to save it...who woulda thunk it?....Originally Posted by Lyle
It feels good to be back home.
Wlad, Sergei, Brewster, Brock, The Ibragimovs, Sam Peter, Chagaev, Briggs, Joe Mesi, MY BOY "Fast" Eddie Chambers, Byrd, Juan Carlos Gomez, Luan Krasniqi, and MORE would have good shots at beating Nicolay Valuev.
In someone's HONEST opinion what has Valuev actually shown us?
He has shown us that he can compete on the upper level. He has also shown that he has learned from some of his mistakes. And he also acknowleges where he needs to improve. I applaud him for thatOriginally Posted by Lyle
