Yea but those are bad examples Hulk. Lovemore Ndou ios 1 tough tough fighter with tremendous heart and Paulie showed amazing heart too especially as his face was broken. I highly doubt Judah would be ale to sustain the kind of punishment Paulie took.

Also, let's not forget,Cotto was draining himself SEVERLY at 140,llosing lots of muscle as he has stated.Look at him now,at 147 he looks so much more muscular, stronger. Cotto is a powerhouse, may be not unstoppble but Judah is not the one to stop him.

I would be dissappointed if Miguel did not win this fight.

I GURANTEE that Zab Judah has more heart than that reject from "Growing up Gotti" fukin Paulie Malinaggi. Judah is a two time WORLD CHAMPION. Cotto is a very good fighter and a humble guy, unlike Judah, but I'll be pullin for Zab in this one, and I think he is more than capable of rocking Cotto's world and handing him his first loss. I know you love Cotto, and I'm down with Cotto too, but this is a very dangerous fight for him and Judah is gonna be hard to beat.
"You knocked him down...now how bout you try knockin me down ?"

IMO in Urkal fight I give Cotto credit because URKAL hit cotto with the head so many times it was ridiculous. and yes Judah is a tough SOB.

Watch the video on youtube sorry can't find it but it shows how many intentional headbuts Urkal did

If Cotto gets KO'd, I'm going to take a picture of Miguel lying on his back and have Zab autograph it for Danny G.

Very well stated...& pretty much on point with my train of thought.

Judah just seems a bit too focused for my gotdam comfort level. I love Cotto...he's one of my favorite up & coming fighters...but I really REALLY think that this will be a pretty big test for him.

Whilst Cotto must be favourite, you have to give Judah a chance. Cotto hasn't really mixed at world class so there's a risk involved. Judah is very unpredictable but if he can trouble top fighters (Tszyu for a round, Mayweather for a few rounds, Spinks taken out), you have to assume he might pose some serious questions to Cotto, at least in the early stages. Don't get me wrong, I think Cotto should win, but I've put a bit of cash on Judah winning by KO just because the odds are so good! Anyway, this is fun, let's see what happens...

When Tyron Mullet knocked him down, Zab came back to KO his ass. Why do you think he'll just shut down the first time he gets hurt against Cotto?
Because he shut down the first time he got hurt against Baldomir. And when Floyd hurt him, he never was aggressive nor did he win a round afterwards.

Those are his last two fights, and neither of them were comparable to Miguel Cotto in terms of power.
I didn't think Floyd Mayweather ever hurt Judah in that fight, mighta stunned him but never had him hurt. Mayweather did hurt Judah, and Judah did that little ninja thing with his hands where he kept moving them.

And I don't think Cotto is unstoppable. In fact he's far from it and there are a couple guys I would take over him. But Judah just isn't one of them. People talk about the style matchup and it favoring Judah but I pretty much disagree completely.

Cotto's best fight to date has been with a slick southpaw in Quintana. While Quintana is not like Judah on the offensive end, he still wasn't able to back Cotto up and he was the bigger man that fight.

Lovermore Ndou took Cotto the distance, but I saw Pineda beat Judah and get the short end at the scorecards. The difference is, Cotto has improved and stepped his game up another level since and Judah hasn't. Except against the light hitting Spinks who he had moving backwards.

Judah's chance is to catch Cotto coming in, with all the angles Judah presents that is a possibility, but Cotto throws a lot coming inside now as well as moving out. And Zab Judah is good from the outside, decent on the inside and horrible in between. That's usually the sign of a good boxer with a ton of flaws and that's what Judah has. I know Cotto isn't invincible, and I'm not going to get into hunger or anything like that, but I think he is better suited to expose Judah's flaws then Judah is to expose Cotto's. It might be close early on, but I believe once Cotto turns on the gas it's over. Maybe not a knockout, but I don't think the bout is going to be as close as it would seem on paper.
