They really have no incentive to do so. Everyone who could possibly be driven away from the sport by all the incompetence, inconsistency, and blatant corruption have already left.

This fight was not close, 112-116 Matthysse at most! Style over substance with small rallies. Good scrap but Matthysse won this clean

The cynical side of me says that the judges determined before the fight to score it in a way that would require a rematch.
