    Default Tendinitis/Elbow pain ??

Friday night at work i started getting pain on the inside of my elbow that i think is tendinitis. Ive also felt a bit of pain on the outside. Its been ok over the weekend, but im not lifting anything or using it much. Ive taken Ibuprofen all day today, but i dont want to take it anymore.

Im working my forearms with a wrist roller to try to help it and it seems to feel better after i do and i iced it Friday night, but im lost asto what to do now.

Im hoping Scrap or someone else will have some advice because i lift boxes at work and workout for fun. If i cant do these 2 things im screwed.

Stay of the Bag, if the Boxes are heavy it means you are using Thumbs. use the opposite thumb and massage by pushing the tendons below the elbow up into the elbow back and front, follow the muscle lines. Its just the last 3 inch, wiggle the fingers so you can feel the muscle line, do it every 2 Hours. Thinking about it, it could be the transmission from upper 4 vertabrae if so thats more complicated, try that first.
Pain lasts a only a minute, but the memory will last forever....

Just that if you carry anything or lift you use your thumb for balancing the elbow.
