Wow christ Must have been a brutal cauliflower ear that had been recently messed up or something, whole thing almost came off clean! Probably easier to do that with the mma gloves to, more slicing and such. They should maybe not let people fight if they have a really bad case or something, just to save image if nothing else. Yeah it was nasty. A few years back the same thing happened to England's James Thompson when Kimbo Slice punched him right on his cauliflower ear. It's like popping a pimple. You need to get that shit drained regularly or it gets out of hand.
