    Yesterday at Impact Boxing Gym, Fenton, Stoke-on-Trent, England, Hatton Promotions hosted a press conference ahead of Friday fightnight at the Fenton Manor Sports Complex.

    Media gathered as headliners Scott Lawton and Chris Edwards were introduced to their opponents.

    Ex-English Lightweight titlist Lawton – enjoying having the press conference in his own gym – was clearly excited about Friday. He faces Armenian-born Leva Kirakosyan of France, for the vacant European Super-Featherweight Title. Kirakosyan is a former owner of the belt.

    Stable-mate Chris Edwards was also looking forward to his clash against Abmerk Shindjuu of Namibia for the vacant Commonwealth Flyweight title. Edwards previously wore the British and Commonwealth crowns while Shindju held the domestic Namibian title.
