After lastnights fight I don't see eddie wanting a unification fight next for Ricky (even tho he normaly makes the the biggest fight out there) , so who would he put him up against

its very hard to find him a good fight. Going by how poor he was tonight they are not gonna want let him near Broner, Abril or Shafikov. So I guess that only leaves Vasquez at lightweight for him.
Bogere could be a fight for him. Im suyre hed come to Scotland and would be a decent fight.
Burns will never face Broner or Vazquez now. He was getting dominated by a fringe prospect. He's lucky Gonzalez is a boricua. Cuz if he wasn't Burns is no longer champion
Im not surprised he looked this poor against an unknown.. BEing the B- level fighter that he is, he needs to stay away from elite oppositions at all costs and just milk his paper title in scotland..
No wonder his managment hid him from Broner all this time. They know his limitation.
Imagine what Vazquez would have done to him.
I think Vasquez would be an easier opponent then the chap he fought last night
Burns seems to always pull somthing out of the hat and get through fights, but can't see him going any further unless broner stays at a higher weight and vacates his belt
I guess people forget vasquez barely squeeked by his last oppponent
I don't really see Vasquez giving to much trouble for Burns. Burns has a better jab and straight hand, and would easily outscore him. Remember that Vasquez doesn't have power. Abril would be a hard fight. How about Demarco? Wow, the lightweight division sucks at the moment.
Contrary to what some B level wannabe posters think, Burns is clearly afraid of nobody and would beat Vasquez comfortably. I think he'll fight him next.
