Yo guys I know i got support from alot of you in doing the london marathon so just a thankyou on that, did it yesterday was an amazing expierience ranks up there with the best things ive ever done , my time was 3 hours 29 minutes .

Mate 3 hours 29 mins is a superb achievement.

For anybody that is in any doubt, gt on your teadmill and set it to around 12KM/Hour pace and then imagine doing that for 3 and a half hours
