Wrists Hurts

Hi iv been boxing for quiet a while and early when i was sparring my wrist started to hurt, And when i went on the punch bag it si really wierd i only had this when i started.

Are you asking whats wrong with your wrists? Or what you can do to help them out?

Oh my bad I read it wrong. I think its because your wrist arnt tough and strong when you first start out. Now that you have been boxing more they have gotten stronger and tougher.

Your wrists tend to do that when starting out, but they get tougher as you go along.

I Had the same probolem when I Started my wrists were hurting on the bag and pads but I bought bandages and it helps alot

i suggest you get some handwraps to prevent injuries or you're wrist. it also helps absorb the shocks too

Wow I meant iv been boxing 4 a 7 months and my wrists are starting too hurt me like when i started im using wrist wraps. It started when i was sparring then i went on the punch bag and i couldt stand the pain, my trainer thinks my wrist needs building up. But I dont think it is that can anyone help
