ive always heard that low weight at high reps is good for speed and heavy weight less reps is for bulk but waht about High weight high reps
like on the butterfly machine
im doing 200 on it and my friend says that i will not get stronger faster i will just get bulked but i am doing 3-4 sets of 15 so is this going to bulk me or give me muscle spead since maybe to those muscle can do 200 as if it is a low weight at 3 sets of 15??
