Larry's prediction was in the Boxing news when he said that. Only added to his unpopularity with the masses.
It's amazing just how right he was.

Way back when, Larry was saying Tyson was no credit to boxing, and that was at a time when Tyson's people were doing a fantastic job of sugar-coating his past, trying to make Tyson out to be a role-model with the good manufactured public image because that leads to million in endorsements.

Larry knew what was up when Tyson's people and promoters were trying to keep the public in the dark, but the truth has a way of coming out eventually...

Since Tyson was almost certainly going to kick larry's ass, I figured that Larry was getting all the bitterness out of the way up front. So it could be taken seriously, not ascribed to his being a sore loser.
Didn't anticipate that Larry was really trying to impress Dionne Warwick and earn a place on the psychic hotline.

I watched the documentary "Tyson" a few years back, it seemed to do a good job of explaining his early years and upbringing. Worth a watch... even if you're not a boxing fan, I think it's an interesting look at how hard it is to move beyond that kind of start, if you will.
