If Kell is as good as Eddie claims he is then this would be an ideal fight for Brooks to take on the US ppv market.

If I was Spence's advisor, then Brook is IMO the best of the current champions. (IBF - K.Brook. WBC - D.Garcia. WBO - J.Vargas. WBA - K.Thurman) he is the one Spence should avoid and Thurman too. The thing is the IBF is a motherfucker when it comes to enforcing there mandatories. They don't mess around. They are by far the strictest of the four governing bodies. Ask Tyson Fury ? They stripped him and that's why Brook has had to fight clearly over matched guys like Kevin Bizier, Jo Jo Dan and Frankie Gavin. So if Spence does become IBF mandatory, then that's a fight that will happen
