I am having trouble viewing the video but usually people comment on how fast Wing Chun practioners hands are but also how they look like pitter pat shots though in reality they can be very deadly strikes
Wing chun has pleanty of power....You have to notice the subtle things like footwork leverage and they attack in a triangle to get the most force and energy into there blows...WE do some wing chun drills and trapping at the martial arts school I belong to its part of Jeet Kune Do

Speed is good. Even if they don't have power they have angles and shots that the the person you're fighting doesn't see coming and that can be an advantage. You don't need power to be a great boxer, Looche and Whitaker proved that.
