    Default hey guys

    i havent been on for ages now, hope alls well, im currentlly in afghan with the marines alls good, training hard whenget time an the altitudes good , any advice on work for spped and power as i have 5 mnonths untill im home so got alotta time to improve im 2 and 2 at amateur and about 4 years expierience thanks in advance hope all the saddo familys well

    heya gally! good to hear from you and best of, when there. not sure what to recommend, like if you have access to anything for working out. would imagine it is limited. Here is a really good body weight program thread, with lots of stuff to consider. Don't need any weights or anything.

    I would look at working a program that targets various muscle groups, areas, upper body, lower, core etc..and see if you can combine it into one workout. Try to use reps based on time, like say 30 sec reps per exercise, 10 sec rests....groups of 8-10 exercises...then a 1 min break. Sets of 3 or 4. try to mix them up too as you get on with it, adding and replacing new exercises.

    Just seems a good way to go if you have limited access.

    work on speed first while you are fresh, no point trying to work it when you're dog tired.
