    Default Vo2 max

Has anyone ever got this tested, or know how you would go about doing it?

I know it's pretty heavy sports science stuff, but it would be cool if there was a way to measure it within the means of a non-elite athlete...

Hey mate, I had mine tested at UWA last year. But you do not need to go to a sports science place to figure out your approx level. You can always do a beep test, with your score correlating to a VO2 max result. I'll try find the spread sheet I have with the scores and let you know, or i'm sure with a quick google you could find it yourself.
