Jean Pascal vs Yunieski Gonzalez - full fight Video 2015 result

I don't see how people are calling it a robbery...it was a very close fight and I don't see any reason why you couldn't call a winner either way. There was so many good exchanges with good power punches. Loved every round of this fight.

I've also seen a video of Gonzalez crying his eyes out thinking he was robbed. I dont know why he was crying with a close fight. He threw more punches but the punch landed stats were very close with Gonzalez landing 10 more punches. Kovalev has also said he wants to fight Gonzalez and Pascal could have a rematch. Gonzalez might have lost but he's made himself very relevant in the 175 weight class.

Definitely a fight to remember, for the action and the decision. I had Gonzalez winning the fight because he was the aggressor the entire fight, forcing Pascal to retreat from beginning to end with heavy shots.
Why was he crying? Frustration and the inability to accept losing a fight whether it was close or not. A unanimous decision for that fight?

as a longtime boxing fan, i dont see this fight as that close. i couldnt give pascal more than two or 3 rds at best. yes, pascal landed some good shots, but yunie was busier, landed more, landed the harder shots, and was the aggressor the whole fight. No Way did Pascal win that fight. i hate crooked ass judges.
Gonzalez vs Kovalev would be awesome!!! pascal/kov 2 not so much.... i see no indication pascal can beat kov now.

I thought it was close. Hernandez was throwing a lot but also missing a lot too. As I said before wouldn't have argued with either man winning or a draw. But main thing is, it was a quality fight!

It was a very good scrap with big exchanges. Gonzalez very raw but straight bulled Pascal around the ring at times, outworked him and stunned him hard a few times. Pascal did well looking for big trap shots and showed massive grapefruits but had Gonzalez winning clear by about 7-3 or 6-4. Everything aligns for a rematch and no doubt it will be just as good. Both should stay clear of Kovalev.

I just don't know how anyone could give Pascal 6 of those 10 rounds.

The wrong guy got the nod IMO, and that's coming from a Canadian who watched Pascal fight since he was a young amateur.

Pascal has not improved since his last fight with Kovalev, the man absolutely depends on his chin too much.

Really good fight but Pascal lost most of those rounds. He got hit harder, more often, and retreated all night. Gonzalez won by a wide margin. Not even close thus a robbery.
