Poor little guy, can't admit when he's wrong.
How can I be wrong when all your statements suffer from fallacies?
You were wrong and are having trouble admittig it. Poor little guy.
That was no better either, as it's just a fallacy of illicit major.
Poor little guy. It's ok to be wrong.

Now that just shows a fallacy of equivocation! Your time is up. You have failed the exam. You will not pass this semester. You can not repeat the class either. No tutor will take you.

Go on now, and continue your soliloquy.

Nobody will be reading it, B.

    Casper, Wyoming
    Van Horn, Texas
    Butte, Montana
    Winnemucca, Nevada
    St George, Utah
    Yuma, Arizona
    Florence, Missouri

Get my point? No jobs, middle of the nowhere, suicidal tendencies from severe lack of human interaction, etc. Totally homogeneous, nightmare shit. Cheap houses tho
Those higher priced Baltimore houses looked to be in reasonable areas probably unlike the ones for 8,000 dollars and seemed nice at 200,000 up or down.

You seemingly can buy a nice home there for 200 grand and the property tax is less than half what you stated meaning property tax is more but not that much more than the UK council tax which you called 'peanuts'.
Ha! Like you would know what a "reasonable area" in Baltimore (or anywhere in America) was without ever having lived there for a while!
    Have you lived in Baltimore?

This person has and mentions a reasonable home for 75,000. Seems to be a town with various neighbohoods and 200,000 is probably a fairly reasonable one.

    Where did you stay?
How much was the property tax?
How would you describe the various neighborhoods?

Facts are facts and I can know how much people pay in council tax or US property tax with a cursory Internet search or by reading a few articles. You also fail to consider that not everyone lives in a major city or even wants to. Good property can be found in more rural areas at a reasonable cost.

I am awaiting Grey to tell us of the property prices in the area where people pay more than half the average income on property tax. I am guessing they have very expensive property and income that can pay to maintain a lifestyle.
    @walrus @El Kabong

What are the property taxes in your areas?
I gotta check the exact number but oddly enough we fought our rate with the town when we saw compatibles in the area. My neighbor has central AC which we also have and found out he was paying less in taxes than us. We went before a small board and this one guy was saying we had little chance of winning but shortly after we received a letter that they ruled in our favor and lowered our rate. Taxes vary so much from town to town it’s crazy. If my house was less than half a mile further down the road it would probably be worth 75k more with a much higher tax rate as it known as a more exclusive town. Weird.

Baltimore is a SHITHOLE. 2019 c.o.b. tax assessor's office: we are levying an average of $4,461.00 (0.93% of median home value) on a median priced home of $292,500.

70 year old homes in a ghetto with the 3rd highest homicide rate and the most rats in America. Bwaaaahhhahahahaha 🤣 😂

    You go get em, Willard.

    Double the rate

Now, Baltimore has a property tax rate of $2.249 per $100, more than twice as high as any in the state. That high rate is among one of the many factors holding the city’s population from growing again. It has lost 39% of it's population since 1950, including Anne Arundel, Montgomery and Prince George’s.

You can get a 6 bedroom home there for that price. Do you have a lot of children? I find it hard to believe that such a property would be in a ghetto. And why did you get the property tax so wrong if you lived there? Surely you know how much property tax you paid. When did you live there?

You're not in a position of finding anything hard to believe since you have never even been here and don't even know what a getaways and never lived in one. You're living in your Ivory tower in the most homogeneous country in the world I have never even visited the United States and think you can get all your information from the internet.

Yeah and like there was never a six-bedroom house in a ghetto. Dude you don't know anything about the United States you should stick a sock in it before you embarrass yourself anymore.

Been here? So you are still in Baltimore despite having told lies about property prices, property taxes, and failing to counter the view of an articulate person who stated that a fair home could be bought for 75,000 dollars. If it is such a terrible place why would you stay in a 272,000 dollar house and not move somewhere nicer. Yet you claim one cannot find a nice home for a reasonable price. Other Americans have countered your views. Are they using the Internet? You sound like a fraud.

Please Gandalf, don't destroy this guys credibility any further, we may need to put him on suicide watch, poor little guy. He has been weighed, he has been measured and he has absolutely been found wanting (Knightstale) .
