Yeah of course because Bowe fought SOOOOOO many big punchers
Wlad would school Bowe
Bowe was rather hittable, and vulnerable to a good jab. Look at the Biggs and Golota fights. I think Wlad would stop him.
Bowe had great problems dealing with people who fought on the outside. There would not be any speculation about Wlad and Bowe if Bowe as big as he was utilized his jab and fought from the outside but Bowe was lazy. I'm not talking about his love for food or drink. He was good but he fought small instead of tall. Wlad would bomb him from the outside and tie him pushing him back to jabbing range outside, tactically speaking that was the plan and simple. Eddie Futch used to have fits in his corner because on top of it all when it came to instructions Bowe's ears went out of order but I could be wrong too.
Bowe had the power to floor Wlad, yes. However, he was rather open to punches and did tend to struggle with opponents who could keep their distance. Wlad has the perfect tools to neutralize and eventually, knock him out. I quite like Wlad's chances on this one.

That's the way it is, not the way it ends
Wlad would shut down his inside game, if he managed to get in, with the clinch & maul. Hardest jabs he ever faced were Golota, maybe a Tubbs or Biggs and he never faced that sheer size and total package. Shoot even Coetzer was stuffing a jab in his mug.
We now know the trilogy took more out of Bowe than Holy. Because of that: Bowe had a really short window where he displayed his full potential.
I cant totally disagree that everyone thinks Bowe couldn't handle Wlad- again: because his window was so short- By Golota he was damaged goods. Commentators pointed it out, no way the Bowe that beat Holy was the one that lost to Golota. He was even slurring by Golata II.
Holy did to Bowe what Chaves did to Taylor: never recovered.
The Bowe that fought Tillary, Holy to Gonzalez- was too mean, too hungry, & too ready to throw punches in bunches from all angles inside & OUT side- That is the kind of fighter that beat Wlad aka Sanders- someone who straight don't give a flying fuck.
Bowe KO Wlad inside of 3.
All's lost! Everything's going to shit!
Had Bowe fought Lennox Lewis this wouldn't have even been a question.
I see nothing from Bowe's entire career that makes him trouble for Wlad
Bowe's poor defense and vulnerability to the jab is also why I think Lewis would have beaten him. I mean, if Biggs troubled him with his jab, imagine what Lewis's jab would do.
Riddick Bowe would destroy himself before he got into the ring with Wlad!
Self destructive bastard, that Bowe!

As far as Bowe vs. Lewis is concerned, the jab of Lewis would definitely bring the demise of Bowe in the rematch following the Olympics when they met. Bowe was defeated by Lewis and Bowe was KO'd. I did not get to see that fight and it was said Bowe would not fight Lewis as a pro. Further depicted was the fear of meeting Lewis when he made an all out gesture of dumping the WBC belt in the trash, literally. It was on TV and in Ring Magazine back then.
It wouldn't have taken Bowe anywhere near 7 rounds to dispose of Wlad.
I'd give give it 2 or 3 at most.
Bowe was at his best against Holyfield and that was it. Riddick did put up a good run of beating undefeated fighters later on but his best was against Evander the first time.
That version could beat Wlad any other was not good enough.
Do not let success go to your head and do not let failure get to your heart.
Now imagine JLG fighting the entire fight the way he fights the first 30 seconds of each round and fighting smart instead of standing against the ropes....it's too easy of a win for Wladimir a big guy coming straight ahead at him...1, 1, 1-2, 1, 1, tie up, 1, 1, 1-2, and when he doesn't expect it, left hook & goodnight sweetheart.
