Tyson's was the best with his peek a boo style.

Nigel Benn perfected his head movement at supermiddle and helped him bamboozle Eubank (should have got the decision) and G Man.

Tysons head movement was wildly overrated because of popular training videos. But what is important is head movement in a fight. In a fight Tysons head movement was far from great.

People won't like acknowledging the obvious but the best head movement is utilized by the great defensive fighters, not the always popular always overrated offensive fighters.

You want great head movement look to a defensive fighter like Locche or Sweet Pea.

Pernell could make a guy look foolish shifting like a snake from a squat.

Great fighters innovate. Sweet Pee's deep knee bend defense was impossible to emulate, difficult to figure out/overcome, effective, and brilliant. As great as Roy, Toney, Floyd, and BHop were defensively, I feel like Pernell was just a little bit better.

Crazy thing about Whitaker is that for a guy labeled defensive minded he could also stand pretty flat footed. Could sharp counter out of a low base with top notch upper body shifts and all of the sudden be standing behind you

In 1 single fight I must say Pirog vs Jacobs....Pirog moved so well, so fluidly, really put on a display of boxing talent in defense and attack. Pirog could have been so much more than what he ended up being.
