Tips for hanging a Double End Bag?

Are the bungy cords and kits you order from Title or everlast worth it or can I just go buy some stuff from walmart?

Can I just use a store bought rubber ball?

Interesting how loose martinez has his double end bug strung. Chavez Sr, and, in fact, the majority of mexican fighters, have it strung real tight. It doesn't bounce around like the way Martinez had it.
