Default Behind The Ropes - Amir Khan. Fact.

Does anyone know the guys name he was sparring? They were really going for it.

It was so wild at one point I was expecting to see Khan ironed out. Also did anyone else laugh at Khan pushing him?

No mate cant help with that but I did read that Amir has changed his toothpast because toothpaste with fluoride contains rat poison and kills you.

That sparring was definitely a bit naughty. Without the head guard I think Khan was going over. Even David Haye's conditioner told him to behave

On first reading I didn't have clue what this meant. I just saw the story. I've read about utter mentals going for this no flouride lark before. They all ended up toothless

That is all part of the new diet that he is taking. Khan is not the sharpest tool in the shed but he is fearless and does want to take on the best fighters out there.

Khan's a good fighter, but he's a bit of a nob he say's absolutely stupid thing's, he did seem to be lacking
confidence he was looking for some reassurance from his Barbour.
Also he did look terrible, in his sparing, all in all has his training camp gone well,! I have a feeling thing's
    have not gone well.

I honestly don't see Khan as a "nob"

I actually think he comes across as a nice guy. He's not Einstein yet is in the public eye and has everything he says scrutinised over. Love to see how that goes for some of the brains on here (absolute carnage).

Yeah he says plenty of stupid things but he's 25 and has been in the public eye since he was 17. There's a huge difference between being stupid and offensive.

I can't recall reading or hearing a journalist ever say a bad word about him. In fact the opposite. They normally always say what a nice guy he is.

I would say the mouth is in gear, well before the brain but he's no worse than most fighters, there again it's boxing not a poetry contest.

Question Re: Behind The Ropes - Amir Khan. Fact.

Well Khan lost, I feel his training camp did not go well, and he was being hit a lot in that sparing session
there were some signs. But well done Garcia, we must remember for all the training and fitness Khan will
never in prove that chin,it's a pity but that's boxing.

The sparring session was pretty telling after all.

His chin let him down but also he was getting countered to easy from the opening round and fighting too much.

After the Maidana fight he had a bunch of idiots telling him he proved his chin now but it was blatantly obvious he would get knocked out again soon if he wasn't more defense minded.

The only good thing about this loss is he'll be fighting back in Britain now (no more 4am bollocks).
