Final week ends after the festivities of March 27.
A few minor changes since I'll be doing all the math. If anyone wants to discuss please don't in this thread. Thanks. Just start a thread in an off topic section.
1-The points awarded are in the brackets beside the fighter. You get that base for picking the winner. Picking how it was done gets you an extra 2. There are two options either by points or Tko. An MD is a UD is a SD is a PTS call. A Tko is a Ko.
2-An extra 2 points will be awarded if a player chooses the round in which a TKO is scored however if you choose to call the round and it does not take place in that round you will lose a point off the standard tko call and of course forfeit the 2 bonus points.
3-Calling a Draw is 20 points
4-Any fight that ends in some kind of weird/bullshit obvious/terrible end call that everyone sees with their own eyes will be a scratch regardless of the official decision. I'm not talking about a perceived robbery but a real junk ending where a clear and wrong decision was made and some idiot calls it a TD. Legit TD's will be as obvious as the bad ones.
That kind of ending will be dumped just like an ND or NC . The type of ending that result in points being scored that should not be. Sorry but nobody should benefit from an obvious and bad official call. I will review such interference with others but nobody likes tainted tuna.
4-The point spreads I use are based on my knowledge of the individuals, the world rankings, who they have fought and in some cases the venue and its based on a 20 point must system. For example I don’t think Murray is the underdog against Abraham but because he's fighting in Germany against one of the most coddled champs in boxing history, I believe it will be hard for him to get the points win. There will never be more than a 4 point spread and I won’t be putting in (if ever) that many fights like Garcia v Salka for example. I'm simply going to do my best not to promote ridiculous mismatch’s
PLEASE BE SURE TO COMPENSATE FOR TIME ZONES AND GET YOUR PICKS IN ON TIME
