Arm/Leg weights
Okay...I know this is probably a really weird question, but anyone know how effective wearing those weights that attach to your wrists and ankles are? I know when I wear boots a lot, and then go to shoes, my whole life seems a little bit lighter. Would the same thing apply with the arm and leg weights? And I dont just mean while exercising, I mean also while doing chores, lounging, whatever.
Boxing is like a handjob, and MMA is like a hot sweaty orgy with 5 chicks. I could never say no to a handjob, but which would you rather have?
