Lovely timing from Joshua, those fast counter right hands will be too good for most fighters. Job well done. You've got to hand it to Martin. He's won and lost a heavyweight title, made a fuck load of money and no one knows if he can actually fight. My guess is he drifts away into obscurity now.

Very true... I was Shocked at how static AJ's head is too...no movement at all and zero footwork....
Mad thing is when i say we learned Nothing new about AJ he's got a title and we've yet to see him in with an Athletic puncher....Wilder, Haye .... He's more or less untested still at elite level but has a title

just enjoy Joshua for what he is , at least he isn't a shot 40 something guy who can throw 4 punches a round , and he also does have criminal parents or have a caravan.
Remember reality is an illusion caused by a lack of alcohol .

He is but nearly all the other top heavyweights are also untested. We know Fury can beat a hesitant Klitschko, but can he beat a fast and athletic guy? We know Haye can beat old ponderous plodders but can he beat a live fighter? We know Wilder can beat c and b- level fighters but can he genuinely do it against a athletic top 5 fighter?

There are more questions than there are unbeaten top 10 heavies.

That's the one thing I noticed. He doesn't move his head too much, but I think it helps his balance when setting his punches. He's athletic but he doesn't bounce around the ring like Haye does. He's quite a straight fighter and he knows what he can do and what he can't do. He seems to just throw straight punches. The 1-2 and the counter and he's very good at it. Before the opponent has figured it out or timed, he's on his arse because the speed is so surprising.
