So many great nights, so many great memorys

If you ever chat to fellow fight fans virtually everytime you move onto the subject of exciting fights arturos name is mentioned within the 1st 20 seconds. The wars with robinson, the honour of defeat against Hoya, the sheer bravery against branco, baldomir and even floyd jr in defeat he showed so much heart and courage.

Naturally though the ward trilogy will always be remembered as gatti`s shining moments. 80% of fight fans in the know how will go to there graves believing gatti-ward 1 is the single greatest fight ever witnessed. The way both guys just would not quit, the humbleness they each displayed after all 3 fights despite the fact they both laid their lives on the line each and every time we fought.

Dont care a hell of a lot if gatti doesnt have the record to be considered an all time great. In terms of sheer excitement he gave us fight fans as many exciting nights as any single fighter has in the history of the sport!!
