Hi, Im going to Start Boxing soon, but i need routine to do so i can get in tip top shape when i get the Boxing Gym (Broke right now) but yea, i been Running for 40 mins and doing Push-up and Sit-ups... Im 18 165 and bout 5'8( Do you think its to late for me to Start?)
So yea i need a good routine before i start, and i been using Ankle weights, do you think i should stop using it?
