Hope Ricky wins this, he probably is the under dog.
Do not let success go to your head and do not let failure get to your heart.
If this was in America I'd favour Crawford to win comfortably but in Scotland Crawford may need a ko to win and he isn't a puncher from what I've seen.
Ricky's form has dipped recently although if he can turn back the clock to his katsidis/ Mitchell days he will be a real handful based on tenacity alone. I'm leaning towards Crawford probably by SD? Hope I'm wrong. c'mon Ricky!
Does anybody give Burns a chance after his last fight? Ive heard Crawford should beat him easily, but ive never seen him fight so I cant pass comment.
I figured I'd stick this up top as a chat thread for tonight's fights, I'm hopeful that Ricky Burns will offer a vast improvement on his last fight, and I'm not convinced that Crawford has the skills to come into his back yard and do the business.
Murray v Simpson could be interesting as a support, and I'm sure Olympians Joshua and Ogogo will do the business as they progress towards bigger and better things.
A few times this week I went to back Burns (around 9/4) but in the end didn't. Burns has never been an "elite" champion and must have used up all his get out of jail free cards by now.
3-Time SADDO PREDICTION COMP CHAMPION.
Is Crawford the real deal what I've seen of him he looks useful,! Ricky is tough you have to
be to go 10 rounds with a broken jaw.
I hope Ricky wins there again he's been a underdog in a lot of his fights, and he may not be
the best light weight out there, but he's far from the worst.
Goooo ricky;d
Ricky always over achieves when the cards are stacked against him and then under performs when it should be a cake walk.
Burns ud (no controversy)
Just starting on Sky now, this undercard looks like it might be padded with plenty of chat.
O'Neil is keeping Agogo honest.
