100% with you man, night of the jab for Dela Golden
"It wasn't the night of the jab"
I backing Oscar too, for me Mayweather have to show more in JMW Div...
You know I do actually agree with you Pride that Oscar is a very risky fight for Floyd.
It was a split decision last time and if Oscar would have only jabbed more he almost certainly would have won that fight.
The size difference between the two is noticable and Floyd is giving up height, reach, punch power and natural strength. When you factor in that Oscar is still one of the slickest and most technically gifted fighters of his generation I think this adds up to a difficult fight.
I've said it before but I really believe Oscar represents a tougher challenge for Floyd than Cotto as his greater size puts Floyd at an even greater disadvantage than usual, and his years of championship level experience all add up to a formidable foe.
For the record I really belive Oscar would beat Cotto as well.
I think Floyd will pull it off again but I wouldn't be at all suprised if Oscar beat him. After all, the Hopkins fight aside nobody has ever convincingly beat Oscar, he's been competitive with every single man he's ever faced.
Tough work for Floyd.
Holy shit... People aren't trying to cut me to ribbons?... Oh, JT hasn't signed on yet.
He must still be wearing his leather helmet, clubbing his boyfriend

I sense a bit of dirty money in the air... I don't know why...
We all know this fight's worth a lot of money and a rubber match is worth even more.
I hope the sport doesn't revert to the old ways...
I hope the better man wins and not the check book.
Just a thought

I can't see Oscar take this fight.
I just think another year will rust him some more.
However, we've got a situation where Floyd hasn't fought in a year and Oscar takes a warm up against a better opponent than last time.
(I mean better stylistically for preparing for Floyd.)

I hope Oscar figures a way to beat Floyd and it won't be by looking for a KO.

Ok, no one else thinks Oscar is gonna win to set up a shady rubber match? C'mon

Floyd loves his 0, maybe more than he loves money, I don't think he'd sacrifice it.

I do!!
This is a scam, and has been set up from the start.
Oscar will win this one. Floyd will demand a rubber match, knowing that the 3rd fight will generate the most money.
With both of their blown-up ego's they will bill it as "The Best Trilogy Of All Time". Which we know is bull crap.
Oscar said he was only going to fight 3 more times, and it doesn't take a genius to figure it out. First Forbes, as a tune-up, then he beats Floyd, and his final fight will be against Floyd. To which it will be a draw, and then Floyd will announce his retirement after the fight, and they both will walk off hand in hand into the sunset, laughing their asses off because the just pulled off the biggest boxing scam.
Plus, as an added bonus, they both avoid Cotto.
I'm sure that I'll get crap for this post.
Some of you guys, need to lighten up already.
I'll take Oscar in this one. But sure as hell I am not going to pay for it.
