Here are my calculations (these are going to be WAY off if the description of you is wrong, im just guessing your 30% body fat, you could be a lot less or maybe more)

Weight 225
Body Fat 30%
Body Fat LBS (weight, divided by 100, times BF% = ) 67.5
Lean Body Mass (Weight - Body Fat LBS) = 157.5 (call it 179)
Desired Body Fat % = 12% (this is up to you, you can get lower)
Desired Weight = 179lbs (see below for the sum to this one)
Ok, from 1 minus the percentage of body fat you want, so for 12 its 1- 0.12 = 0.88
Then, you take your lean body mass and divide it by 0.88 = 157.5/0.88 = 178.97
Now I have put the sums up for you once you find out your Body Fat % then we can really get to work with your routine, diet, sums, expenses, motivation and goals etc etc

As far as fighting goes I'd get into it as soon as I felt comfortable and was able to compete, heavy might not be your target weight class but if you can compete why not have some bouts.

im also wondering the same but im 17 years old , weight 72 kilos and im 181 i would prefer higher weights ^^ :P if its important to know i did weight 90 kilos last year and ive been training alot went down 18 kilos.
