    Default Road To Ringside Tournament

    hey guys whats up? i am currently training for the ringside tournament going down on july 27th. i will be updating you guys on my journey leading up to the big tourney!

    heres one of my first sessions in preparation for ring side tournament

    Good speedy consistent jab, love it, never go wrong with a good jab.

    Could you twist the jab at the end more? Or are you wanting more speed?
