    Default Whyte-Helenius?

A few years ago the big Finn would have been a strong favourite over Whyte (he's still only 33). His overall competition is much stronger (sparkoed Brewster, Peter and Liakhovich, "outpointed" Del boy), he has a much better variety of punch and is fundamentally solid with a consistent jab/right hander (hundreds of am experience).

Whyte currently deserves his place in boxing, however, he is where he is because of his character/bollocks not so much through ability. His only notable top-level victory is over Dell boy, in a coin-flip war, barring that he's duffed up and plodded his way through savvy journeymen. He's not got much of a right hand as his technique is poor but is clearly a strong puncher and nearly ruined the AJ lovefest before it even started with a mungo left hook.

The most logical outcome is - the younger, fresher mentally strong brudder with all the momentum will walk through the fragile, jaded former fringe world-class lumberjack (Whyte KO 4/6). However, the Finn has been training with AJ so if his weight is anywhere near his pomp (around 240) he must be better than a 4/1 shot (general). Taking into account Whyte couldn't get rid of Dave Allen or Lewison (before he quit) the fight to go the distance is 2/1 (Whyte PTS 3/1).

Helenius looks like damaged goods to me and not nearly the decent fighter he was years ago.

Whyte should do a Chisora on him but get the decision.

The layoff really hurt Helenius. It could be closer than expected depending on where Helenius' mind is at and how in shape he is.

I wouldn't be surprised if Helenius folded quick under pressure, however, Whyte has fancied himself as a boxer ever since the AJ fight. If he tries to box at range I can see him coming off second best needing to walk through the Finn and rough him out of it.

The Finn's weight will be a good indicator. His pomp weight was always around 240, his bad spell he's been 260-ish. He doesn't come across as very confident mind...

Whyte will probably win because Hearn has probably paid Helenius a good enough purse in order to keep his baby golden egg intact for Wilder.
But if it's 100% honest , Helenius or any decent Boxer would make Whyte look pretty daft.
It did it for me the way Whyte performed against Chisora. If he was any good, he would've wiped the floor with him, like every other decent HW Chiz has faced.

Dillian needs to reverse the hearse a bit. This boxing lark aint for him, he's going to get fiddled out of a fight soon enough if he keeps trying to box. He's a nut job hard cunt, work with it, not against it. He's not going to beat Wilder from the outside. He needs to get inside and bash him up and show people why he calls himself the body snatcher.

Good weight for Helenius (hopeful of a run for my money now), for Whyte too as it goes (he's the same as when facing AJ and Chis).

Helenius looks the least confident fighter i've ever seen (I have thought this in the past, mind). If Whyte jumps on him the ref won't have much choice but to jump in (frozen, stiff as a board)
