Slickest boxer I ever seen. Maybe the fastest. Sharp-enough puncher. Very Good stamina. Longevity!
I can't think of more than 3/4 fighters ranked ahead of him.

I would say that he's in the top 10-15 all time in terms of ability.
Sure he didn't fight everyone he was supposed to, but there's still no doubt that Floyd is a great talent. Maybe one of the most talented fighters ever.
Really, if he fought and beat Pacquiao back in 2009-2010, NOBODY would be doubting his greatness.

He's one of the greatest ever technically. He's so slick in the ring. For me I rank Floyd with Willie Pep n Sweet Pea Whitaker as the best defensive fighters ever. Those three were/are 3 of my favorite fighters to watch in the ring (hard to get good footage of Pep, unfortunately). Floyd is a true professional and technician in the ring, although I do hold the not making weight vs JMM against him (unprofessional). There was no excuse for that and I lost a ton of respect for Floyd when he did that.
